Do you have free shipping?
Yes, we provide free shipping on all orders over 50.00.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
What is your processing time?
All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. We try to process orders as quickly as possible and within 48 hours of order placement.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Between 3-7 business days. There may be delays depending on the time of year and holiday season.
Is there insurance on shipping?
Yes, all packages will have insurance.
What if my shipment did not arrive?
Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any issues with your package and we will track its location to try and resolve the issue.
What if my package is lost or stolen or damaged?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Please contact us immediately via lunariumsocietyco@gmail.com with “Damaged Product” in your header. Please include pictures and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
What if I got the wrong item?

I accidentally put in the wrong address. What now?
Contact us as soon as possible and we can make a correction on our end. If a product has already been delivered, we will not be able to offer a refund. Please make sure to thoroughly check your information at check-out to ensure everything is correct.
You will be responsible for any additional costs at this time during the correction process if necessary.
Do you accept returns or provide refunds?

How are high value shipments handled?
All orders over 400.00 will require a signature upon delivery.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We do our best to use recycled and recyclable materials. We want to ensure your product arrives as safely as possible while being conscious of unnecessary waste.

Crystal Information
Are your crystals real?
Yes, all of our crystals, stones and fossils are real. We offer a variety of forms such as carvings, raw specimen, Freeforms, towers, and more. We will always clarify if a crystal has been treated in any way such as having an aura.
How are your crystals sourced?
We personally curate all crystals from various suppliers and mines. We are as involved in the process of ethical curation as possible. We always strive to curate the highest quality of crystal in the appropriate price range.
How are your crystals priced?
We consider several factors when pricing our crystals including clarity, presence of unique features such as flashes, golden healers, and druzies as well as the weight and size of the crystal. All crystals are unique and no two will ever be identical as they are natural materials.
Why can’t I find a crystal I saw on your social media?
If you cannot find a crystal featured in a reel, short, Tiktok, or other social media, it has likely already been sold.
How frequent are new listings and how do I keep up with them?
New listings may be inconsistent and based on availability of new material. We highly recommend following all social media and subscribing to our newsletter to stay as up to date as possible on new product drops.
When do listings go live?

How accurate are the photographs of crystals?
All of our photographs are taken in bright sunlight. Crystal coloration can differ drastically depending on the light source, but we try to capture as close as possible to the true color of the crystal. We provide various videos of our crystals on our social media and highly recommend following to better see all angles of our products.
Crystals are often far more beautiful in person and photography and video may not capture the true depth of your crystals. This just means you have some extra loveliness to look forward to when your crystals finally arrive!
What does “intuitively chosen” mean?
Some crystals are relatively uniform in size, shape, and color particularly when purchased in bulk such as with tumbles and certain carvings. When this is the case, we offer “intuitively selected” which means we will select the crystal for you.
If you select a crystal known for multiple coloration or certain features, you can always add a note to your order requesting we try to select a crystal with your preference of color. Example: wanting more purple in a rainbow Fluorite than blue.
How do I clean my crystals?
This varies per crystal but most crystals are fragile in water or liquids so we recommend a gentle, light dusting on a regular basis to keep your crystals clean.
What can I use crystals for?
There are several ways people may incorporate crystals into their life. Many simply use them as aesthetic pieces to accentuate their homes or living spaces.
Other people may embrace the metaphysical healing properties of crystals and use them to help manifest goals and provide emotional stability and support. It is entirely up to you how to use your crystals.
Crystals are for external use only. Do not insert crystals into any part of your body.

How are your candles made?
We mix and hand-pour every candle.
What type of wax do you use?
We use a soy blend wax with a cotton wick.
How are your room mists made?
We use a custom recipe and hand-pour every room mist.
What type of fragrance base do you use?
We exclusively use fragrance oils. Fragrance oils tend to provide a cleaner, stronger fragrance while being safer around pregnant individuals and pets.
How do you source your ingredients?
All ingredients for handmade goods are ethically sourced and cruelty-free. We buy fair trade ingredients from sources that pay fair, livable wages to all employees. We never test any product on animals and none of our ingredients have ever been tested on animals.

Who is the owner?
That would be me! My name is Kennedy and I’m happy to have you here at my shop! I curate all crystals, create all candles and room-mists, graphics for said products, package, and handle social media.

Is there an age requirement for your shop?
No, but any complaints or questions must be issued by 18+ individuals. If you are under 18, please have your legal guardian contact us with any questions.
Why might I be refused service?
We reserve the right to refuse service based on policy violations, fraud, stalking, harassment, and disrespectful behavior.
We vow to provide respectful, transparent and honest interactions with all customers and we expect the same in return.
Any harassment of our company or our customers may result in a complete ban from our shop and blocks from our social media accounts.
